Thank you for choosing MiniMind AI. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and AI Credits are handled for our digital services.
1. Digital Services & EU Right of Withdrawal
MiniMind AI provides digital services and digital content that are made available immediately upon purchase.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree to:
- Immediate access to the digital services, and
- The loss of your 14-day right of withdrawal, once access is granted,
in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
If access has not yet been granted, you may still be eligible to exercise your withdrawal right.
2. Subscriptions
MiniMind AI offers subscription-based access to its tools and services.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the user account dashboard.
- Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Subscriptions will not renew after cancellation.
- No refunds are provided for:
- Used subscription periods
- Partial billing periods
- Renewals already processed
Accidental Renewals
Refund requests for accidental renewals must be submitted within 24 hours of the charge and before significant usage occurs. Approval is at our discretion.
3. AI Credits (Usage Credits)
MiniMind AI provides usage-based access through virtual units referred to as “AI Credits” (“Usage Credits”).
Subscription AI Credits
- AI Credits included in a monthly subscription:
- Reset at the start of each billing cycle
- Expire at the end of the billing period
- Do not roll over unless explicitly stated
Unused subscription credits are not refundable.
One-Time AI Credit Purchases
- One-time AI Credit packages are delivered immediately upon purchase.
- Credits expire according to the plan and the validity period will be clearly displayed before checkout (e.g., 3 months).
- One-time AI Credits are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Free Trials and Beta Access
- Free trials or beta access, if offered, do not require payment.
- No refunds apply to free or beta services.
- Usage limits may apply during these periods.
5. Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Verified technical issues that prevent access for more than 24 consecutive hours, and cannot be reasonably resolved
Refunds are not granted for:
- Minor bugs
- Temporary outages
- User-side issues (network, browser, device, misuse)
6. Abuse and Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Abuse or misuse of services
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated or unreasonable refund requests
This is enforced in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
