5.3 Tool and Workflow Artifact Storage

For standard tools, user inputs and generated outputs are stored in the user's browser local storage so users can continue working in the same browser. Standard tool artifacts are not saved as long-term output history on MiniMind AI servers.

For workflows, MiniMind AI stores workflow run artifacts on its servers for up to 30 days. This includes workflow inputs, step outputs, final outputs, run status, and related execution metadata needed to support pause/resume, previous-run reload, step inspection, and export functionality. Workflow artifacts are automatically deleted after the retention period.

MiniMind AI does not use standard tool artifacts or workflow artifacts to train its own AI models.

To ensure the security, reliability, and traceability of our AI systems, we log essential technical metadata, including system error codes, timestamps, and tool identifiers. These logs are retained as required for operational integrity and compliance.

Temporary Content Logs:

Input prompts and AI-generated outputs are logged temporarily (up to 30 days) to monitor for service abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain system stability.

Deep Debugging:

Full console logs and detailed prompt analysis are enabled only on a case-by-case basis during active technical investigations. All such logs are purged immediately once the issue is resolved.

No AI Training:

Operational logs are not used to train MiniMind AI models or third-party AI models. User content is kept strictly confidential and is never used for model improvement without explicit consent.
