To ensure the security, reliability, and traceability of our AI systems, MiniMind AI logs essential technical metadata such as system error codes, timestamps, and tool identifiers. Input prompts and AI-generated outputs are logged only temporarily (up to 30 days) to monitor service abuse and troubleshoot technical issues. Detailed console logs and prompt analysis are enabled only on a case-by-case basis during active technical investigations and are purged immediately once resolved. These operational logs are never used to train MiniMind AI models or third-party AI models without explicit consent.

For standard tools, your inputs and generated outputs are stored in your browser's local storage so you can continue working in the same browser. These standard tool artifacts are not saved as long-term output history on MiniMind AI servers. For workflows, MiniMind AI stores workflow run artifacts on our servers for up to 30 days so you can pause, resume, reload previous runs, inspect step outputs, and export final packages. Workflow artifacts are automatically deleted after the retention period. MiniMind AI does not use your tool or workflow content to train its own AI models.
